The town of Fairfield, in conjunction with the current townwide property revaluation, will have an informational presentation at 7 p.m. Thursday at Fairfield Warde High School's auditorium, 755 Melville Ave., said First Selectman Michael Tetreau. The meeting will focus on the market analysis and valuation phases of the revaluation and a general discussion of value trends observed since the 2010 revaluation.
