General Electric has crossed off the Dallas area for a possible relocation site to its Fairfield headquarters, according to Bloomberg. Bloomberg reports GE officials recently told Dallas business leaders that it will look elsewhere and cited some Texas lawmakers' opposition to the U.S. Export-Import Bank, an important source of financing for some overseas sales, as a reason.
