Fairfield property transfers: Black Rock Tpke. motel site changes hands again

The property at 4180 Black Rock Turnpike -- which houses the Hi-Ho Motel and Barcelona restaurant -- was sold during the period of Dec. 8-12 for $4.35 million. The property had been sold in early November for $4.5 million.
