An Oxford man is accused of threatening to "chop up" his ex-girlfriend's family after she refused to get back together with him in February, according to the Fairfield Citizen. The Citizen reports Matthew J. Moran, 21, of Hickory Lane in Oxford, was arrested on a warrant Saturday night and charged with second-degree harassment and threatening.
