Bridgeport police have arrested a Fairfield man in connection with a number of burglaries that have taken place near the University of Bridgeport. Pharaoh Eaton, 20, was arrested after a witness reported seeing him checking car door handles and peering into vehicles with a flashlight on Atlantic Street near Lafayette Street.
