I-95, Merritt becoming more congested

As at 8 a.m. approaches, there's lots more traffic on Interstate 95. In fact, traffic is down to a crawl, about 5 MPH between Milford and Fairfield on southbound I-95. As usual, the Merritt Parkway is starting to slow.
