Text About Gun at School Leads to Drug Arrests

A text message stating a Staples High School student may have a gun was passed to school administrators who contacted police, leading to the arrest Tuesday of two teenagers on drug charges following a foot chase that began at Lockwood Circle and ended near the Fairfield border, police said today.
