Jelani Lemon, 22, of Naugatuck, was charged with theft of a firearm, third-degree larceny, interfering with an officer and second-degree reckless endangerment on Nov. 15 at approximately 10:50 a.m. According to police, officers observed Lemon traveling eastbound on Post Road in Fairfield on a stolen motorcycle.
