Jorge Cabrera, 37, of Bridgeport, was charged with DUI and operating without a license on Jan. 26 at approximately 7:21 p.m. According to police, Cabrera was asleep behind the wheel of his vehicle in the middle of the intersection of Jennings Road and Deer Park Road in Fairfield.
