Fairfield police charged a local man with a DUI after it was determined that he hit the air conditioning unit of a neighbor's house Tuesday evening, April 22. Police report that shortly after 8 p.m. they received a call stating that a man was driving his car on the rim of one the wheels down Knapps Highway.
