A 39,000 square-foot mixed-use building in Fairfield has a new lease on life after securing financing for another decade. CBRE, a commercial real estate services firm with offices in Stamford, has arranged $9.0 million in permanent financing for the Southport Medical Arts Center facility located at 2600 Post Road.
