The Fairfield Public Library has added "hoopla" -- the streaming digital service that has thousands of movies, television shows, music albums and audiobooks -- to its free services. Fairfield Public Library card holders can download the free, hoopla mobile app on Android or IOS devices or log onto www.hoopladigital.com to access content from major Hollywood movie studios, record companies and publishers, the library said in a news release.
