A Fairfield man has been banned from all Wellfleet beaches in Cape Cod for allegedly harassing beach staff members and destruction of property, according to the Cape Cod Times. William Vannoy, 51, was charged with assault and battery on a staff member at one beach and destruction of property over $250 at another beach, according to the Cape Cod Times.
