A Fairfield woman was accused of going into her neighbor's home and taking medication belonging to a child , swapping it with a low-dose aspirin. Fairfield police and fire officials launched a "significant investigation" into a blaze at the Seagrape Cafe on Reef Road that was originally believed to be accidental but now appears to be arson.
