A Trumbull man faces drug and alcohol charges following a motor vehicle stop in Fairfield early Sunday morning, according to the Fairfield Citizen. The Citizen reports that police pulled over a car driven by Michael J. Giovannini, 44, at about 2:20 a.m. because of the vehicle's heavily tinted windows.
