Fairfield police arrested Daniel Dzwonkowski, 24, of Milford on Nov. 9 for his connection with an incident on the Post Road in Fairfield on Sept. 17. On that date, police said, an officer saw a woman thrown from Dzwonkowski's car and came to her aid when she screamed for help.
