Fairfield, Conn. The culmination of Fairfield's yearlong 375th birthday celebration will take place at Sacred Heart University's William Pitt Center on Saturday, Nov. 15. The 375th Anniversary Grand Gala will be held from 7 to 11 p.m., featuring a red carpet entrance, signature cocktails, butler passed hors d'oeuvres, entre stations, a tribute to Fairfield and its vibrant community, complimentary valet parking, a commemorative program and other surprises.
