Susan Ribner, Author And Activist, Grew Up In Fairfield

Susan Ribner, a New York City resident who was raised in Fairfield and attended Andrew Warde High School, died on Oct. 14. Ribner was an accomplished nonfiction writer and authored several pieces, including two books. In 1970 and under the pseudonym Rebecca Moon, she wrote "Right On! An Anthology of Black Literature."
