For the past 15 years, Manhattan artist John Mendelsohn has focused on conveying a sense of movement and "states of radical change" in his work. That fascination with the very qualities of paint, as well as the ever-evolving phases of life, are embodied in a new show at the Thomas J. Walsh Art Gallery at Fairfield University's Regina A. Quick Center for the Arts.
