A Fairfield man was arrested Thursday, Dec. 18, on driving under the influence and narcotics charges after he ran a red light, police said. Robert Michael Smith, 42 of Kenwood Avenue, was stopped by officers after running the red light at Grasmere Avenue and Kings Highway East, police said.
