In an effort to educate shoppers on how easy it can be for a thief to snatch a purse out of a shopping carriage, the Fairfield Police Department gave them some first-hand knowledge on Friday , according to WFSB 3. Lt. James Perez went to a Fairfield grocery store and hovered over an unsuspecting shopper who had her purse in the open.
