The Siena women's basketball team used an 18-2 second-half run to rally past Sacred Heart, 75-65, on Wednesday in Fairfield, Conn. Sacred Heart held a commanding 56-43 lead with 13 minutes, 31 seconds remaining in the second half before the Siena run gave the Saints a 61-58 lead with 4:52 left on the clock.
