First Selectman Mike Tetreau announced today that Live Green Connecticut! has recognized Fairfield and six other municipalities with an award for piloting a state-wide sustainability initiative. The award states, "Live Green Connecticut! Executive Board officially certifies The Town of Fairfield as a founding community for sharing best practices, providing municipal case studies and joining our sustainable network.
