Rochester police are searching for Fairfield native Max Maisel, 21, who was last seen Sunday night leaving the Perkins Green apartment complex at the Rochester Institute of Technology in New York. NBC Connecticut reports that Max Maisel's car was found parked near the Charlotte Pier at Lake Ontario on Monday.
