John Rodas, 30, of Commerce Drive, was charged with second-degree threatening and disorderly conduct in what police said was a dispute over money. A 30-year-old Fairfield man, accused by police of chasing his brother around their apartment with a boxcutter in a dispute over money, was arrested Friday on charges of second-degree threatening and disorderly conduct.
