A 47-year-old Fairfield woman has been arrested on charges of breaking her 80-year-old mother's back during a dispute over going to the pool, according to the Connecticut Post. Amanda Jane Yelen of Congress Street was arrested on a warrant Wednesday and charged with third-degree assault on a victim over 60 years old and violation of a protective order.
