A pharmacy technician is facing larceny and drug charges in connection with the theft of $5,000 worth of prescription medications from the CVS pharmacy on Hope Street in the Springdale neighborhood of Stamford. On Wednesday, Anna Ambrus, 36, of Old Elm Road, Fairfield, was arrested on charges of third-degree larceny, illegal possession of narcotics and obtaining drugs illegally, according to The Advocate .
