Gov. Dannel P. Malloy reportedly is preparing an aggressive counter offer as several states are trying to lure GE out of Fairfield. While there have been reports of various governors visiting town in an attempt to lure General Electric out of its Fairfield headquarters, Bloomberg is reporting a specific potential landing spot in Atlanta.
