Jessica Rodrigues, 35, of Fairfield, was arrested Wednesday for violating a protective order.

Rodrigues was a passenger in a car that was stopped on Stratfield Road around 3 a.m. Wednesday because the driver had crossed the double-yellow traffic line, police said.
