As the Fairfield Board of Selectmen held its bimonthly meeting Wednesday, Nov. 5, the four-hour-long meeting encompassed everything from committee appointments to a bonding resolution. The town's selectmen unanimously approved about $4.56 million in bonding to fund the rebuilding and restoring of Penfield Pavilion on Fairfield Beach Road.
