Michael Kelly, 44, whose last known address was the Operation Hope shelter in Fairfield, was charged with third-degree and fourth-degree larceny/shoplifting. Kelly is suspected of stealing multiple pairs of designer sunglasses from two local stores last August and September, according to a police report.
