Javier Campos , 28, of Vermont Avenue, faces several charges after he was involved an accident while leaving the Rio Bravo restaurant parking lot last Friday night. Campos was charged with driving under the influence, interfering with an officer, operating under suspension, failure to grant right of way and failure to carry insurance.
