Fairfield police arrested a 25-year-old Stratford woman on charges of stealing a credit card and trying to buy an iPad over the summer, officials said. According to police, Melissa Conlogue stole a credit card out of a motor vehicle in Stratford on July 6 and attempted to use it to purchase an iPad from a Gamestop on Black Rock Turnpike, police.
