A BJ's Wholesale Club front line manager was arrested Wednesday, Feb. 17, on charges of a stealing a customer's credit card number and using it to buy kitty litter, iced tea and other household items, Fairfield police said. He stole the customer's credit card number after a transaction at the wholesale club on Dec. 13, police said.
