Fairfield police arrested a Stratford man for allegedly stalking his ex-wife early Friday morning , according to the Fairfield Citizen. The Citizen reports that Paul Fanciulli, 35, is accused of following his former wife, who had a protective order against him, from her work in Bridgeport until she reached Fairfield Police headquarters where she arrived in a friend's car after calling 911.
