Carol and Ronald Kochefko, of Trumbull, formerly of Fairfield, have announced the engagement of their daughter, Christine Marie Kochefko, to Kevin Joseph Higgins, son of Mary Ellen and William Higgins, of Fairfield. The future bride is a graduate of Staples High School and earned dual bachelor of arts degrees in German and Spanish from Boston College.
