Fed up with crashes and delays, two Fairfield County senators want to rebid Metro-North's contract to operate Connecticut's commuter railroad, possibly replacing the company or gaining concessions. "It's not an overstatement to say there have been massive problems and so many complaints," said state Sen. Toni Boucher, R-Wilton, a ranking member on the General Assembly's Transportation Committee.
