Tax auction spurs turf war between neighbors

Rosanne Di Giulio, of New Fairfield, has a house that is half in New Fairfield, Connecticut and half in Putnam County, New York. Through a series of events, Di Giulio says, the front half of the house went into tax default and was sold in a tax lien auction to one of her neighbors, by Putnam County, without any notice being delivered to Di Giulio.
