Fairfield County residents are bracing to start another workweek with a wintry mix that is expected to bring mostly snow to northern areas and a mix of sleet, snow, freezing rain and ice to areas farther south overnight and through the day on Monday. A Winter Weather Advisory has been issued by the National Weather Service for all of Fairfield from midnight Monday through 6 a.m. Tuesday.
