Two Westport police officers Sunday arrested two men on I-95 in Fairfield who were allegedly involved in a shooting incident in Norwalk, police said. Norwalk police identified them as Derik McCoy, 26, of 13 Third St., Norwalk and Jermaine Smalls, 26, of 349 Noble Ave., Bridgeport.
