For the third time in recent months, racist graffiti has been found in Fairfield, and now police want to remind residents that while it is okay to express their thoughts, if that expression becomes a threat, there are consequences. You can see in the above picture, that graffiti has a swastika, reads "KKK" and says "White Lives Matter."
