People having a hard time deciding what to have for dinner from Fairfield's burgeoning menu of dining options, now have a "Plan B" - the restaurant that features beef, burger, bourbon and beer. The state-based chain, which now has six locations in Connecticut, officially opened to the public Monday in the former U.S. Post Office building on the Post Road.
