McKinney Won in Westport

Though businessman Tom Foley trumped state Sen. John McKinney of Fairfield statewide in today's Republican primary to run against Democratic incumbent Dannel P. Malloy in November, McKinney took Westport, besting the party favorite by 572 to 285.
