Chain-saw artistry: Eagles soar from remains of old Fairfield tree stump

A family of eagles has landed in the town's Riverhurst neighborhood, thanks to resident Bruce Woelfle, who hired a scupltor to create the artwork using a chainsaw. The outspread wings of the male eagle measure six feet.
