A celebration is in the works for the 45th birthday of the Fairfield Woods Branch Library , the busiest branch library in the state. An all-day celebration of the anniversary is planned Saturday, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the library, 1147 Fairfield Woods Road.
