Jerk chicken with peas and rice at El Gallo Rojo restaurant

Tastes of the Caribbean have come to Fairfield at a new Jamaican, take-out restaurant that opened last month on Tunxis Hill Road. Stan's Jamaican Kitchen bills itself as the only Jamaican restaurant in town and features dishes such as jerk chicken, oxtail, brown stew chicken, fish, curry goat and curry chicken.
