Angel Solivan, 48, of Tunxis Hill Road, was charged with breach of peace after a dispute with his girlfriend Saturday. A 48-year-old Fairfield man accused of shoving his girlfriend several times into a storm door in her Warsaw Street home was arrested Saturday night.
