A Fairfield woman was in critical condition Thursday night after she was hit by a bicycle in New York City's Central Park in the afternoon. A spokeswoman for New York-Presbyterian/ Weill Cornell Medical Center confirmed Thursday evening that Jill Tarlov was at the hospital, but could not comment on her condition.
