It may only be mid-February, but Representative Town Meeting member Chris Tymniak is already looking forward to November, as the longtime Fairfield resident announced his candidacy for first selectman. "I thought about doing this three years ago," said Tymniak, a Republican who is on his second stint with the RTM.
