When do parents of a student in the Fairfield public schools have to be notified that child is the subject of an investigation into bullying? That was the question debated by Board of Education members Tuesday before they unanimously approved a revised policy on bullying that now includes teen dating violence. "Teen dating violence" was added to the policy based on state legislation and is defined in the policy as, "Any act of physical, emotional or sexual abuse, including stalking, harassing, and threatening, that occurs between two students who are currently in or who have recently been in a dating relationship."
